Description

The Center for Archaeological Documentation consists of two sections: the first illustrates the history panels and small pieces of land in the communes of the High Park Era, from prehistory to the Middle Ages, the second presents Etruscan necropolis located from the same territory, with exposures and funerary urns as well as a life-size reproduction of an Etruscan tomb discovered in the locality in the municipality of Chianni Montevaso.
This second section is constantly updated with findings provided by the National Museum of San Matteo in Pisa and Florence by the Archaeological Superintendence.
