The town of Bientina, by its nature the village craftsman, is on the slopes of Monti Pisani.

Despite having lost its ancient medieval dresses to hire a connotation of a commercial nature, in Bientina you can visit: the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, which houses the mortal remains of St. Valentine, the Museum of Sacred Art, the Etruscan Museum and the Church St. Jerome, where a permanent exhibition on the ancient history of the area. The collection includes artifacts dating proto-Etruscan-Roman and Etruscan Bientina found in the marsh during the excavation campaigns of 1953 and 1957.

Of great interest is the nature Tanali Woods, located on the western side of the Marshes of Bientina, the slopes of Monti Pisani. The forest covers about 153 hectares on the edge of the former bed of the lake. The area includes a variety of environments very significant from the point of view of nature: periodically flooded wet meadows, pagliereti, humid forests, small ponds and reed beds, important environments for the life of many species of plants and animals.

The craft is an important resource for the country. The fourth Saturday and fourth Sunday of each month in Piazza dei Borghi is held the traditional flea market, which sees the presence of numerous exhibitors with furniture and various objects.
